Nice newer clubhouse at Silves, but the course is not very exciting. Good for beginners, since mostly very large; lots of space to place the ball. Grass was not in great condition. We plaid Alto, Silves and Santo Antonio this time. Grass was by far the best at Alto Golf. Santo Antonio has the most magnificent views (but there also grass was not that great; and showers almost non existent!)

Our first time on Penina Championship course. Greens were with a lot of sand and under aeration, thus putting was not that much fun. Course itself is technical with perfectly placed water hazards and numerous bunkers. Old eucalyptus trees give a nice smell to the air. Although flat and without fantastic manoramas, it is very interesting for golf itself!
