The course should not have been open, all the greens and tees were clearly in a very bad state of repair (lack of water is a poor excuse, they appeared to be diseased. The bunkers on the Praia course were also very poor condition, some sides caved in and sand 60cms deep in some places. Providing free buggies and one beer is hardly compensation, the course should be closed until all greens and tees are repaired or even relaid.

For a new-is golf course this is a treat. very challenging especially if a bit wayward with your drives. Excellent value for money

Only negative aspect was Carts (buggies) were banned from the fairways which made them pointless, the distances from path to ball were ridiculous and had to carry 3 or 4 clubs each time. Electric trolleys should have been made available or a full refund on the two buggies (100 Euros)

Great course, great clubhouse, great service

Very poor quality greens, bunkers were unplayable and should have been GUR. Many areas also unplayable and not marked GUR. Driving range facility appalling.Staff didnt really seem to care about our experience
