DIY golf tour Algarve
I usually book through a British Golf Holiday company.

This time I did it myself and this local golf booking agent enabled me to do so.

All the best courses are available and you can pick your tee time which are individually priced.

There are some very good discounts available.

Loved this course.I have played many courses in the south of Spain and The Algarve and this one ranks as having the most beautiful setting amongst the Portuguese hills .There are no developments surrounding the course nor busy roads so it is beautifully peaceful, enabling one to enjoy one’s golf, pure and simple.The course is quite challenging and requires accuracy in both teeing off and approach shots. The staff seem friendly and welcoming unlike some others.The Clubhouse offers super views of the actual course and landscapes surrounding the course.Price is fair and reasonable.A real ‘gem’ of a course.

Good service.Nice course layout, however, the courses were just OK.Greens were slower than others played in The Algarve.

Played in the rain as could not get a refund if cancelled.A very good Course which is more ‘friendly’ for amateur golfers than it’s neighbour The Faldo.

A brute of a course.Scores well for souperbly protected greens.Service was poor.Had to wait and wait for a buggy which eventually arrived just 5 minutes before our tee time.

Very well maintained; the best we found on our Algarve tour.Good service.Pricey Clubhouse.

Played at 13.30, “twilight” terms.Joined by a very nice Dutch couple.Not held up at all. Finished in just less than 4 hours.Fantastic mature course in great condition.Very fast greens.
