Lovely layout especially down by the ocean. fairways in reasonable condition.However, greens terrible. Bare patches and dozens of unrepaired pitch marks. The course has been overplayed and unfortunately many people dont repair their pitch marks.

Fantastic course showing signs of wear and tear

Superb course. Fairways and greens in good condition.However the cart paths are in a terrible state and need repaired/replaced.
