Abysmal customer service ! My bag was securedto the cart by a member of staff. It fell off having been driven about 250 meters and the driver shaft snapped on the tarmac cart path,. Monte Rei denied any liabilitysaying that it was impossible for their staff to make a mistake in fixing the bag, and it must have been my fault ! Truly shocking |
