I managed to damage my knee meaning I was unable to play the timely round I had booked. As a courtesy I contacted Algarve Golf to let them know and cancel the booking. The terms were very clear that it was a non refundable booking. Despite this James at Algarve golf was able to secure a full refund unprompted. Great service and I will definitely use again |
