course was very nice condition. Had to wait 25 minutes over our tee times for buggies and struggled to get 18 holes in due to this.

course was soaking wet and in shocking condition. check in blamed the weather and also said no buggies. When i pointed out that millemium / pinhal / val do lobo / old course were all fine and using buggies and courses in great condition she still said cant control the weather. Time they started taking responsibility for their Failures on Laguna rather than being disrespectful and treating customers like idiots . They offered 9 holes on laguna then late tee time for 9 holes at millenium but would probably only get 5 or 6 holes in as will be dark. I asked for buggie for the 5 or 6 holes as partner has foot injury. said would be 38 euros. when i pointed out it was 38 euros for 18 holes she told me that was the price no matter what. when asked for a refund for our group i was refused. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat us, especially when been golfing at these courses for almost 20 years.
