Stunning course but needs a little TLC

I was tempted to mark the course down to a 3 but it is still undoubtedly located in a wonderfully unique location, skirting the Ria Formosa, so it’s a 4 presently (for me). The course just needs a little TLC and it’s not too late, providing the owners invest quickly, to raise the standards a little to protect its heritage and reputation. I played the course 15-20 years ago when it was one of the best courses in Europe.
