Ocean delivers again. Played Royal & Ocean back to back in consecutive days. Ocean was certainly the better of the two with the greens being the big difference. Overall tee to green the course was in good shape considering it’s towards the end of the season. Due to the course being heavily watered, the rough is punishing. Costs everyone playing many shots.Bunkers were impeccable.
Played Royal & Ocean back to back in consecutive days.Enjoyable experience overall but the greens were possibly the worst I’ve seen them. Scraggy and bumpy. We tee’d off at 9am and both the fairway and rough was sodden. Rough extremely difficult to play from.
